Joint Pain Anyone?

Does anyone have more joint pain after surgery? I am 6 months post-op. I've lost just over 50 pounds (lower BMI to start). I have been working out quite a bit. Walking up to 5 miles a day (at once, outside and briskly and feel great while I am doing it but when I am done, I hurt). I also do recumbent bike for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at a level 7-9 alternately on the days I am not walking because of weather, etc. I am taking my supplements and getting my Protein in. I have about 1000 calories a day, give or take. I am thinking about asking my doctor for Celebrex because I do have a chronic pain condition too not related to my joints....

I feel like I am older than I am (I am 40-ish). I am having a hard time getting enough Water.

Thanks for any and all responses.
