  • I made all sorts of combos of any meat I wanted plus a sauce that went well with it and pureed it. Then I put it in a little ramekin, put some shredded cheese on top, and heated it up in the microwave

Greek yogurt is good, I used to add a scoop of vanilla Protein powder to plain yogurt to give it flavor, and boost the protein. And you can add unflavored

Sounds delish! I was looking for a good recipe for ricotta.

Thanks for sharing!!

These sound great! I am only 2 days post-op but I am already looking forward to the soft food stage. I think I could be in heaven with just spaghetti sauce! :)

@@Bufflehead - I did mine in a nutra bullet. Also soups. I made every bean, creamy veg soup I could think of.

Easy grabs were - hummus, ricotta cheese that I dress up like lasagna but without the noodles.

I drank a lot of kefir and made my own yogurt smoothies as well. Greek yogurt+protein powder+nut butter is a Protein powerhouse.

Oh wow wish I had found this page last week! Great ideas on here thanks to those who contributed! Because I'm still new an learning I do pretty much bits and pcs of the above and use one of the mini food choppers. I use tiny fork and spoon and a condiment cup on a teacup saucer. Makes me feel like I'm really getting a plate full lol.

Quest bars r gross. I'm tired of yogurt and shakes too. I'm trying to get down meat protein but it's still a challenge. I'm doing the Greek yogurt with protein mix and slim fast bars. Try progresso soups and peanuts and almonds. Not together of course. I just pick all day on any protein I can get my hands on. Eat slow very slow. Takes me 1.5 to 2 hours to get meat protein in. I keep it the table and pick pick pick . Whatever works. Good luck
