Any healthy suggestions for super salt cravings?

So I love anything salty and my go to for this is something high calorie or greasy. Trying to keep my weight under control but haven't found anything to help with those cravings. Any suggestions that you guys have tested?

    Yes just watch them as they melt. Took me couple times to get it not to burn to a crisp
