Hi Love,

I was close at around 350 ( 349) to be exact and I think I was 341 date of surgery. There are some people on here that started at over 400, but a lot that I have seen were told they needed to be below that preop so as to have less risk factors. Sorry I am not exactly what you are looking for but hopefully you get some response on here from people that meet your exact criteria.

There are weight loss specific threads available on this website.

There's one available for people with 200 + pounds to lose.

I suspect you will be able to find many a person who started over 400 pounds in there while you wait for other replies.

I myself started at 390.

Hi there! Yes, there are several of us who started in that weight range...welcome aboard! you will find that our journey, like everyone elses, can be very individual. Some lose faster than others for a variety of reasons just like everyone else. The good news is that if you get your Protein and Water in...and stick with the plan...you will be successful! Good luck and I look forward to hearing how well you do!
