Surgery Tueaday! Looking for timer

In my support group people have a timer to remind them to drink every 5 minutes and walk every 15 minutes. Anyone know what timer they are using? I really want one. Just read a FB post last night that a young woman died 10 days after vsg due to a blood clot. Scares me.
