More tests!

I was so excited, I finally completed all my tests and just had to wait for the center to receive all the results, Then I got a call from the center telling me my EKG was abnormal and I now need to see a cardiac specialist, for yet another test. I don't understand, I was just put under for my EGD on tuesday and I have had nine other surgeries in the past and never had to have cardiac clearance, does it ever end? one step forward, two steps back!

it must be so frustrating, but try to remember that all of these tests are truly for our own good. wouldn't you prefer something be found before surgery and treated rather than during surgery where it caused a problem?

the waiting game sucks, i know... i'm still in it too... try to focus on the end result, and how much healthier you will be after your surgery.

It's not 2 steps back at all. What was the abnormality on your EKG?
