Band Slippage

HI,

Been having some challenges over the last 4 weeks. I am 2 years out from surgery.

Found out my band has slipped. So now I am unfilled for the next two weeks.

Then will meet with doctors to discuss the next steps. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Did the band adjust its self? Did you have to have another surgical procedure? Would love to hear some feedback

I have had been band since 2006, it slipped in 2008. That's the sickest I have ever been on my life.. I was dehydrated couldn't keep anything down. Couldn't walk I was so sick. Lucky for me I had a great doctor, had emergency surgery that night, he fixed everything and no more trouble. Good luck to you... Hope everything goes well for you..

My band slipped in feb of 2014. Did a complete unfill for 6 weeks and band immediately went back into place. Started getting fills again in March, and it slipped again in July. Had revision surgery on July 29 to reposition the band.

My dr said that once the band slips, it's more likely to slip again in the future.
