Does anyone know of a good sodium tracker, online or for the PDA? I'm pen and paper impaired.

I'm on a high sodium medication. At my current dosage its not that big of a worry as I naturally eat a low sodium diet, but as my dosage goes up it becomes more important (If I reach the max dose than I will want to stay under 800 mg of sodium a day).

I'm already on a low dose of lisinopril (5mg) that I hope to get off of when I lose some more weight, so any ideas would be appreciated.

www.thedailyplate.com will do this. It does not just track sodium but lots of things.

www.nutritiondata.com will also tell you total sodium of an entire recipe but it won't track it.
