Protein/supplements covered by insurance?

I have heard of some people getting their pre and post op protein and vitamins covered by insurance. Anyone have any insight on this or can point me in the right direction? I have horizon blue cross blue shield of NJ. Thank you in advance!!

    Found it! Insure nutrition. Anyone have any experience with this company with getting approved and then the review of products?

    they are good. I filled out the info on their website and they called me the next day. They also faxed over the prescription to my surgeons office as well. I have to wait for the office to return the signed prescription and then they will see if I qualify. I hope so.
