Problems with password

I updated to the new version on my android now when I want to go into another forum it asks for my password but won't except it

    I often like to use the phone to look at the forums but I can't log into it (only to lurk at other comments)..."wrong password" but it works on the website. It automatically stays on so I don't log off so I don't lose my contact. There is no customer help phone number or even live chat help? :angry:
