Pre-Op diet starts today.

Today starts my liquid pre-op diet. I have a meeting with the surgeon, and my surgery is next Wednesday. I know now it's mind over matter. I was up at 11:45 drinking my last sips of my mountain dew....

    My pre-Op testing and diet started today too, with surgery next Wednesday as well!!! You will be fine!! I actually started my diet yesterday by choice!! I know that's nuts! But what is one more day. Just remember where you're starting from and what your goal is. I call it, "eyes on the prize!" You got this this!! Good luck and be blessed!
