Yeah, the colours suck and it's hard to see the borders...they don't jump out at ya etc....

I'm not fond of this new setup either. Everything is shifted so far to the right. I noticed in one of the other forums that the posts were all cut off on the right side. It's a pain to have to scroll over to read each line. Can't get at all the icons on the right side either. Am I just right side deficient or what?

Agreed, it does something weird to my screen so that I can't see things (like emoticons) on the far right, and I can't even scroll over to get to them. This is on my laptop though, on my normal computer, I can see everything. I think the ads need to be on the right.

You can change the skin you use by logging into the CP and click on "Edit Options," scroll all the way to the bottom and you'll see:
