on my second month

Was sleeved 7.22.14 all went well. First month I lost 40 pounds all together but now after going back to work I find it hard to go on walks as I did before cause I'm tired after a long day at work. Question is Will I still lose but much slower cause I'm not exercising as much as I did last month. Have not cheated or anything. I'm a 30 year old male started at 291 now at 248

I don't know if I can really help, but is it possible for you to take a walk at lunch? I try to do that at least a couple of times a week. I have found my loss has slowed down regardless. I think it's inevitable.

Do you belong to a Gym? Mabey you cold get up a little earlier and take a walk before you go into work, also there lots of exercises you can do at home

I don't belong to any gyms but have a work out center at my place but I already get up for work at 5am. I'm on my feet all day I'm security at a casino so lots of walking

Don't give up eating at lunch u need the calories & protein or will be much more tired. Do u have 10-15min morning or afternoon breaks? That's when I'd walk
