Hi folks! I am guessing 99% of folk here are Americans! I am delighted to have found the site as I have tried and failed in the past to find a support group. My lap band has been in situ for about 5 years and since I moved to another country and a small town as well, the lap band has been problematic. I hate the idea of wasting a huge wad of dollars, so motivation needs a good kick up the derrière.

I did the revision from band to sleeve in April. The band wasn't working for me and I had some complications. In any case, this is a great forum for questions, support, and tough love as well.
