Advocare shakes

Hi everyone -

I am starting my pre-surgical diet this coming week. My doctor recommends Advocare Meal Replacement shakes. I was just curious if anyone on here has tried these and has any feedback. Haven't seen that brand mentioned before.

    You can buy those only at a Sam's Club (related to Walmart stores). My favorite is chocolate flavor they also have strawberry and vanilla).

    Thanks for the advice :) The Advocare have only 24 grams of Protein and 12 grams of sugar!
