I went to an educational seminar last wk and have an apt tomorrow with Doc. My insurance will not pay - so I guess I guess I will be self pay. My hubby is going with me. I've been looking into this for the last few months. I'm not sure even what questions to ask.

I want to have it done NOW....I DON'T WANT TO WAIT FOR MONTHS! This is the first time I have looked at this chat. I'd be happy to receive any pearls from you all who have been there. CJ
