Maybe give your NUT a call and let him/her help evaluate what/how much you are eating. I have a friend a month out and she was told she needed to eat more so that might be your case but it's best to let the experts help you. Keep us posted on how you are doing.

Best of luck to you!

Thanks carol.

I'm doing what the nut said to do and the max is 2 oz every 3 hrs our so during the day. Always protien first and from the food on their list. She makes it sound like I shouldn't even be able to eat that much but I feel like I could eat more. Is just frustrating.

I'm sorry. I can see where that would be frustrating. I hope others with more experience will be able to help you find a solution. Maybe some of it's head-hunger? I'm sure you've already thought about that. Hang in there and come vent when you need to.

But I see you are losing weight very well, so relax! It will get better, you just have to be patient. You are still healing. Same was for me, 'til the 6-7th week I was able to eat a lot, once you start dense protein you will feel the restriction! :)
