New to app.

So I'm two years out and I have lost 125lbs with my sleeve. I am off my insulin and metformin. I just adopted a newborn and my sleep schedule is all messed up. This has caused me to start craving and introducing carbs back into my diet. Just wandering if anyone else out their in sleeve land is currently struggling with the thought of gaining and craving carbs. Nights are the worst. Any advise is appreciated.

How Blessed you are with that baby. I am a Grandmother. I can only imagine your stress with sleeplessness, etc. Just saying a prayer for you to keep on the right track! God Bless!
