EAS Whey Protein or Recommendations?

Currently, I use EAS Lean 15 for my Protein shake in the mornings. Are there any post op people who use EAS whey Protein? How does it go down, taste, etc?

Also, do you have any recommendations for powders you like ?

    Can you give some examples of what you mix it with? I mean like can you mix it with coffee? Is hot or cold better? Is it 30 grams per scoop? And how much can you mix without tasting? Thanks for the info. The Protein thing really has me worried.
