So iv been looking all over the internet. And can't get a clear answer. Can I use almond milk for liver reduction diet

Do you no any good mixes. Because this protien powder is nasty

I add a tsp of cocoa to mine and it makes it better...

Most protein powders are nasty unless they are mixed with milk. I used 0% milk in mine. The bariatric advantage shakes say use water, the nutritionist said mix those with milk as well. Almond milk is going to make them taste even more nasty, in my opinion. If your are not lactose intolerant try then with milk.
