New help me????

Hi I am currently 4 days on my pre op diet I have my sleeve surgery August 22 and have to do the all liquid diet until then. I am Starving ???????? Any suggestions on what I can eat drink anything I'm weak and hungry ;( I don't want to cheat so I need good advice thanks

I found that decaf green tea helped me when I got hungry. I drank a lot of it. :wacko: It was on my approved list - you may want to try it.

Also, from my experience the first few days are the hardest on the pre-op. It got easier for me on about day 4 - like I found my groove and my body stopped revolting! Just know that this is a means to an end...it will be over soon.

I only have to do 24 hours of liquid diet. I wonder why. My surgery is scheduled for August 25th. I have to do a low carb, low calorie, high protein diet for two weeks. Michele
