Fitbit

Anyone ever used a fitbit? My surgeons office sends emails and they sync to it to map your progress. I have done some research but I'm not sure if its worth the investment.

I have the fitbit flex and love it. It links up with my fitness pal so it is easier to keep track. I have now set my goal to 12000 steps a day because 10000 was to easy. I hope this helps you decide. I just think it helps me keep pushing.

I think the fitbit is great if you need inspiration to get exercise in. If you're already exercising, it's kind of just a fun toy to see how you're doing.

I love mine and it's a good motivator to get your steps in each day. And since it synchs with MFP it is a one stop shop

I have a fitbit!! I absolutely LOVE it. It has made me a runner. Me! A runner. Never would have believed I would be a runner before my journey began. I am now a long distance runner averaging 50k steps a day ????

I have my fitbit for almost 2 years and love it. I don't remember if it's the one or ultra. They didn't have the bracelet when I got mine. I don't record food anymore because I am very lazy.
