Hi, Lovebug. I'm new here as well, had my RNY on the 24th. Glad I found this community, otherwise there are a few things that I wouldn't have known going in.

Hello everyone sorry for the delay response but I am trying to learn how to use the sites.

Yes I had gastric bypass and I am feeling okay so far. I am happy that I did this and I want to be successful.

As for the helpful hint stick to the eating plan they gave you and drink your fluids. Also don't just lay in bed get up and get moving it will help push that painful gas out from the surgery. Also just follow the food plan and you will do great. Also I log in my foods on my fitness plan and mark it private so no one ask why my calories are so low.

Hi everyone. I'm new to this site as well. I had my bypass on July 16th, so far I feel no more pain but still having trouble drinking my water. I feel like it gets stuck and I have to stop, by the way I am only sipping not drinking to fast. Any word of advise,

Thanks.

Hello Lovebug. My RNY surgery was on July 23rd. I am learning right side along you too.
