Hey everyone! I just received my approval from insurance, now waiting to be scheduled for surgery... The surgeons office is looking at exactly 2 weeks from tomorrow (which is my birthday). I'm super nervous!! In going through a nasty 4 year break up and feel so alone Eve though my family is being very supportive... I need to kick start the pre-op diet... Any suggestions or recommendations on better tasting protein powders??
