a simple way is to open the picture in your "Paint" program that comes with windows. Then on top click on "Image" then go to "stretch/skew" you will then see a little pop up menu. In the stretch part of the menu you will see horizontal and vertical with 100% next to them . just change them to a smaller % and click ok. Once you do that see if picture is small enough and if it is click on file and save. :gluck:
