slow weight loss

bodyweight.png?ts=1405639347 I am worried because I am very slow at this weight loss. I had surgery July1 and am down only 9 lbs. I have stuck to the plan but find I am very hungry. When I eat I feel very full quickly. Is this weight loss normal ? I see other people losing quicker than that. I am worried to eat too much incase I stretch my stomach. I am just generally stress right now. I am so glad I did this though.

Don't stress it, the weight will start coming off. I too loose very slowly, but as long as it comes off I'm happy. I'm a year out in June and I've lost 50 lbs and tons of Inches. Good luck
