compression stockings

I got lymphedma i my lower left leg i go for surgery tomm should i wear my compression garment on my leg i no this hospital has these foot compression but my garments seem stronger and cover ankle to knee cap not just foot

Thats a question yu might should ask the dr, i had on leg compressions from ankle to knee and they sent me home for two weeks with the leg compression machine!

They put on the compression stockings before I went in to surgery and then I had them on the remainder of my stay. As long as your dr knows your condition I'm sure they will be prepared. Take them if you want though, sure won't hurt anything.
