Calcium chews...

So my stomach has never really liked vitamins. I've finally found a multivitamin that doesn't make me sick, but I'm trying to find a calcium supplement for after surgery. I bought the Opurity calcium citrate chewable, which you're supposed to take four of a day, and after trying only ONE last night, I was throwing up an hour later. Today I bought the Citrical chewable and the Viactive chews to see if either of those sit better with me. I'm scared that they'll all make me sick, and then I don't know what to do. I suppose if I try a few more with the same result I'll have to talk to my surgeon and see what he thinks. Any suggestions??!! I definitely DO NOT want to be throwing up post op, especially because of a vitamin!

Hello! I really like Bariatric Advantage chewable vitamins. See if they can send you a sample. I have raspberry/lemon for the calcium and they kind of taste like Starburst...

Hello, I don't like to chew Vitamins and can't stand the grit but I ordered the Lemon flavored Calcet Creamy Bites from Celebrate vitamins.com. They also have a sample pack of vitamins that you can buy and have shipped for less than $10. I also tried their Multi-Vitamin & Calcium Drink Mix in Grape-Raspberry I'm not a fan of either flavor BUT this was NOT bad at all.....so I ordered both for post-op....

Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate chewables. These are delicious and actually taste like a candy. Have to take 3x a day.
