Chicken Broth Recipe

Anyone have a homemade chicken broth Recipe to use after gastric bypass? I wanted to stay away from the canned stuff because of the amount of sodium. Would you still get the protein from the broth or could you add unjury protein powder to bump up the protein. When would you add the protein powder? When you cook it or once it is prepaired?

Look them it up on google.

The recipes are for all kinds of stuff for every stage.

Protein powders will clump if the soup is hot. You have to add it after and then only if it's warm. Unjury can tell you what that temp should be.

Good luck on your journey to better health.
