911 HELP

I am seriously on the verge of passing out im exactly 14 days post op today and im hardly getting 1/2 to 1 shake down and a few sips of water and 1 whole sugar free popsicle a day I am weak and light headed and can't do much at all what can I do my specific surgeon's dietician has recommended week 1-4 full liquid week 5-6 puree and 6-8 soft foods

I need help fast I return to work in 11 days

You need to contact your doctor. I had the same symptoms and issues with water and protein around week two. It turned out I was severely dehydrated. After receiving several bags of IV fluids (3 to be exact) I was doing much better the next day. Although I still can't drink those horrible shakes. I hope you feel better soon.

I did research on making my own clear drinks for post-op, without having to buy the expensive ready-to-drink Protein drinks. ProSource Plus may help you. They have an unflavored one that dissolves in cold or hot liquids.
