Lessons learned

I was sleeved on 6/19 and have lost 21lbs so far and feel great! Tonight I got a little cocky and ate (a small amt) of something I shouldn't have & ate it too fast, well after some pain and throwing my guts up I'm ok! But I won't do THAT again!

Lesson learned!

Been there done that! It's the worst. Lesson learned for sure.

Good job! I was sleeved on 6/20 and am down 25 but that includes the preop weight loss. Im still not allowed to eat anything solid for another week and a half. Im not hungry but I really want to chew something!!

Thanks queenie, I said lesson learned! I didn't mean to make myself sick but sometimes your head goes places your stomach shouldn't! Glad to hear you're so much stronger then me! I'm learning this new way of life and sometimes it includes mistakes....

Onward & upward tomorrow is a new day!

I was sleeved on 6/19 too. I am surprised at the kind of food that I have been able to eat. Like a part of a hamburger that I chewed until my jaw was sore. I am only able to get in around 650 to 700 calories a day though. I wonder where everyone else is at or if that is a lot.

I know it is nothing compared to 2 months ago!
