dont these have sugar in them? i would say if you are going to drink anything, it should be Water or Protein shakes. avoid any sugar sweetened anything! to the OP, assuming you are on soft foods .

You are still to early to worry about things like "Pouch Tests", etc....things like that are for those who have been at their goal for some time, know their band intimately, and can detect the slighte

My surgery was June 2, and I have stopped losing weight. I'm keeping my calories below 600. I have no idea what is next.
