Lap Band Journal

What do you folks use for a journal? I cannot BELIEVE that ther isn't a journal published for patients of the lap band...customized with sections each day for food intake, adverse reactions, hunger ratings, general comments, weight status, stuff like that. I Googled and found zippo. This absolutely astounds me. Isn't there something out there????? Somebody is missing one HECK of an opportunity if not!

I don't journal, but I use www.fitday.com for food intake, exercise, it has a journal section, offers reports about Vitamin intake, etc. I tried www.sparkpeople.com but I didn't like it's format as well. It was prettier than fitday, but I work nights and the format of putting foods into seperate meals didn't work for me. fitday just does it as a running list.

Good luck finding something that will work for you!
