Ahhhh @ the office now!

So I'm sitting with the bariatric coordinator now and she is scheduling my surgery July 7th!! Finally a date set in stone!!!! So ecstatic! :) just thought is share with you all!

    Congrats I a so happy for you I know this is an exciting time in your life , your new life is about to begin and trust me the surgery is so worth it keep us posted and congrats again on your choice to be healthy.

    Thanks so much cupcake! Although I know there will be ups and downs with this surgery I am completely confident that I will not regret it! I know it'll all be worth it especially when I see the look on my children's Nd husbands faces!!

    I was amazed at how little pain I actually had following my RNY surgery. It hurt some but not as bad as I feared and it was easily managed w/meds. I stopped all pain meds after only four days, and felt good enough to cut my grass after eight days. My gallbladder removal six months later was way worse, but neither surgery could compare to my rotator cuff surgery six years ago - that pain was intense and long-lasting! And that took about a year before I was pain free!
