Liquid diet exciting side effect

  • Popular Post

Hubby has been on the liquid diet with me as a show of support. This morning when he weighed, he discovered he's 1 pound away from no longer being obese! He's so grateful I'm doing this because he's almost 'just overweight'. Also, his blood sugar level with medications was lower this morning than it has been in years.
