I was scheduled for the 24 for over a month and just discovered i may have to postpone for week.

I started my diet this past Tues. not to bad so far.. But with surgery possibly being delayed i am in flux about what to do about diet. Z

Good luck on ur journey will help out when i can hopefully we will end up being only a day apart

How long was your liquid diet, ladies? I also had surgery on the 25th. Liquids with one lean meat and veggie per day for two weeks prior to surgery. The first 4 days I didn't know I could have a small meal. Went to docs appt for check up and when I mentioned the need to chew on something the doc told me that it was ok to have one lean meat and veggie each day bit don't over do it. I still lost 12 pounds so not too bad, I guess.

Wow Janet! So you van drink protein shakes and everything?? Yayyy!! I have no desire to eat though.....gonna try some broth and settle in for bed.

Yes, today I have had 4 oz Protein drink, 4 oz yogurt, 4 oz milk, and several oz of diet V8 Splash and Water. I still have quite a bit to go, but taking it very slowly. Hope you rest well!
