What happens if we have a leak?

So many things I didn't consider but what if I have a leak or need something repaired as far as my surgery goes? I have insurance but it doesn't cover a plastic surgeon.

So, I would have to go back to Mexico to get it repaired? It's my understanding that a leak can happen at any point.
