2nd Fill

Went to Dr yesterday and got a fill, 4cc. Didn't get one last month and gained a couple pounds, yucky! Lot of bleeding with this fill, got my shirt all bloody. Don't know what happened to bleed like that

Ok not sure what green zone is. Please explain,

Here's a video that explains it better than I can. But, it's basically when your band has the right amount of saline giving you just the right amount of restriction/satiety. But, the video tells it better:
