How is everyone?

For some of us we are a month out and I was wondering how is it going. I started solids mid week but still tend to go for the softer types of food. People well ask me what can I eat and I always respond with what ever I want, as this is a tool not a diet program and the key aspect of this tool is portion control. I was on a great exercise routine but my back issues have started to flare up the past few days and its making me miserable with pain. Otherwise everything else is going great with the band!!

keep up the good work samirix6 the exercise will come later...I know it has taken me awhile...I am in the pool now...helping though!!! :D

I was banded 22nd May, and going good! Just starting soft solids, it's great being able to eat food with the family again. I have never enjoyed scrambled eggs so much. Not weighing myself until my first fill appointment, concentrating on recovery and increasing my activity. Loving my new fitbit!

Good luck, everyone!

Congrats Meredyth...I know I believed that soft foods were out of this world...my problems back then I couldn't eat eggs...but I did other things...keep up the good work sweetie.

I was banded on 5/19/14. progressed well and everything was going great until 3 days ago. i started having pain even after drinking Water. it felt like i had a huge gas bubble in my chest and like i needed to burb but couldn't. i am going back to liquids for a couple of days to see if that helps. any suggestions???? thanks.

Susan58 probably is just gas, but if going to liquids don't fix it, call your doctor...might be a good idea to just touch base with his office staff just in case though!!! Congrats on joining us in Bandland...let us know how things are going okay?
