I need some advice..

I had my surgery in August 2013. Ive lost 123 lbs, but who's counting? :) Anyway the padt few weeks everytime i get out of bed or up from a chair i am sooo dizzy and wobbly. I passed out a few times. I get close to my protein in, i could do better on fluids. Any ideas or anyone experience this?

Sherra O.'s question was mine too, are you taking all your supplements. I start getting tired and weak when I skip my vitamins for too many days in a row.

  • Sounds a lot like orthostatic hypotension. Not getting in enough fluids can be one of the contributing factors. Do you check your blood pressure regularly?
