I am 16 months post-op and had a follow-up appointment with my surgeon today. I spoke to him about having loose skin removed, and he informed me of Smartlipo. Has anyone had this?

Yes. Never had it though. Will it tighten up loose skin?

Yes, I had smart lipo and paid a lot of money for it... Was very disappointed, it didn't last. I had it done by a "good Dr.". My plastic surgeon said it's a waste of money, nothing is as good as the real thing! Meaning the real liposuction is the only one that has the best results. I also did Zorona treatments, that was expensive and didn't last either.
