Boredome

Slow day at work, and guess what I want to do? Eat! This is my 5th day back on track. I've lost 67 since surgery and want to lose 50 more. Ugh. How do you deal with wanting to eat when bored?

If none of those help, I'll make sure its close to lunch time and eat my lunch, or eat one of the Protein packed Snacks I brought to work.
