Restart weight loss

I had surgery one year ago in March. I am thrilled with my progress..I have lost @ 170lbs. I currently am at 230 with goal weight of 165ish.... I can't seem to move the needle. Any ideas on a good jump start to get me going again? Anyone else experience this??

Have you looked up the 5/2 diet on the forums? A lot of people have done that and have found success. Unfortunately after you reach the 6 month mark the loss does slow down but it shouldn't stop. I have lost 109 pounds and am losing about a pound a week now. My 1 year is June 7th but you have done a great job so far and I am sure you can keep losing. If you can't find it on the forums google it...............you will find it that way. Go luck to you!!
