Question about fills?

I'm wanting to know how many of you didn't feel the full effect of your fill until about a week or two later? I got my 3rd fill yesterday and I'm now at 3 cc. I do notice that I'm not as hungry and not thinking about food nearly as much as I was before this fill. So any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
