Sipping on water all day

So I am now at the stage where my NUT says I am on full liquids, including protein supplements, and I am to take in 2oz every hour. I was told that in between those times I could sip water all day to help my fluid intake. But what I am unclear of is if that means plain water only, or if I can have crystal lite/mio, decaf herbal tea, something non caloric like that to sip on throughout the day? Thanks!

I would say all the additives to water you mentioned are perfectly fine. Noncaloric and no caffeine.
