Stomach bug

I was sleeved on April 3rd. I just got a stomach bug that has been going around work. The dr prescribed me anti-nausea meds before I was discharged from the hospital. I have not thrown up at all until this morning. Now I'm afraid to eat anything. When I drink I get nauseous and the dry heaves but nothing comes up. Does anyone know if I would be ok to take the meds? I just remembered about having them now.

When I was ready to be banded my Dr have me a script for anti nausea meds. He told me they would be my best friend for the rest of my life. He said anytime I felt nauseous at all to take one. I haven't had surgery yet as I switched to the sleeve and am scheduled for surgery on June 25th. All I know is my Dr told me I was able to take the anti nausea pills any time from the second I woke up. So I don't see it being an issue at all but it's always good to call your dr
