The nurses and aides during my surgery stay at Yale were so great and so kind. Very respectful. I'm not thrilled with the office staff -- it was hard to get return phone calls before the surgery when I was trying to schedule dates, etc. Haven't really needed to ask them anything since. I do go to the Yale monthly support group. First Tuesday of the month at 6, but they're skipping it it Nov. Maybe I'll see you at the meeting in Dec.

Wow!!! Such awesome info. Thank you so much. And I will be at the support group in Dec. I'm hoping I will have a surgery date before then. We'll see...
