uncomfortable while and after eating

I am about 8 weeks out and on solid foods now. I have noticed when I eat, no matter what it is, my stomach feels uncomfortable like a bloated semi queasy feeling almost. Am I eating too fast? Not chewing enough? Is anyone else having this issue?

  • Even after a Year & 8 months out, if I eat too fast or too much I get that same sensation. Just experiment with different foods, speed of eating and definitely make sure to space out your liquids

  • Good advice from tamaras!

  • I'm 3 weeks out & I can't eat anything without taking a Zofran right after. It's miserable. I just want to skip the healing part & move on to living with the sleeve.
