Tijuana - activities for companion to do?

I will probably take my mother with me. What kind of activities are there for her to do other than staying by my side? I want her to have some fun and a mini vacation. I heard Tijuana is somewhat dangerous so where can she go? Are there any tours she can take? Go to the beach? What did your companions do while there?

  • I would love to find out too. I will be going with my aunt so I don't want her to be stuck not doing anything else.

I just returned from Tijuana and did not feel unsafe at any time. The cartel wars there have ended and that was the cause of the violence. I would not, however, drive around by myself. My surgeon, Dr. Illan, has a coordinator/all around helper, Omar, who takes care of you and your Companion for the duration. I would first pick my surgeon and then see what services they have as far as who takes care of you when you are down there.

Ok thank you Janey. I am also considering Dr. Illan but it is hard to find info on him. Do you know if he has a surgery video up any where?
