Pre-Op Diet

I am on day 7 of my 14 day pre-op diet. I am struggling today. The last couple days were easy but for some reason I could eat a rock today! It's an all liquid diet and I have been 99%strict and following the rules. I have lost maybe 5lbs. My thinking is if I don't really lose much weight on the pre-op is that a sign of things to come after I am sleeved???

I lost a total of 12 lbs during the two weeks pre-op, and I've lost the same in half the time post-op. I think if you stick with it 100%, you should see another few pounds drop before the surgery.

No take one day at a time I am now 4 days post opp and I'm telling you everyday it gets better now since the gas is coming out of hm body I feel almost 80 percent of my old self. . Stay focus on your pre liquid diet trust me it's better for your surgeon and you regarding your recovery goof luck you got this .
